McAdoo keeps the Giants in Fresh Jordan 4’s

NJ.com:When the Giants reported back for training camp in late July after a six-week break, coach Ben McAdoo commended his players for staying “off the ticker.”

Players avoided trouble during the offseason, so therefore their names didn’t appear on the ticker at the bottom of the television screen. On Thursday, the Giants rewarded every player for the good behavior with a new pair of Air Jordan 4 sneakers.

Ben McAdoo rewarded his entire team with Jordan 4’s for “staying off the ticker” during the offseason. I mean… I love this. Why?  Because I love Jordan 4’s.

But, I kind of hate this too. Should we have to reward grown ass men for not getting in trouble during the off season? Isn’t that just what they’re supposed to do?

I mean, if it takes bribery, it takes bribery. Do what you’ve got to do.

“We did what we were supposed to do,” defensive tackle Jay Bromley told NJ Advance Media. “We stayed off the ticker. We kept the main thing the main thing, as Coach McAdoo likes to say. And we got rewarded for it, like any parent does. When your children do what they’re supposed to do, they get rewarded for it.”

The Giants always provide footwear for their players, but the sneakers aren’t always popular as Jordans. Naturally, the players received the blue-and-white version.

“Coach McAdoo is fly sometimes,” Bromley said. “He has some J’s (Jordans) on so he decided to show us some love and get us all a pair of J’s. I didn’t have those yet, so I’m definitely grateful for it and look forward to rocking them.”

McAdoo has a down low fly shoe game, though.
