After being held scoreless through four innings, Lorenzo Cain’s 5th inning solo shot ignited the Kansas City Royals’ offense. Cain added a grand slam in the 8th inning, finishing the game 3-5 with two homers and five RBIs. The Royals beat the Padres 12-6 in the comeback win.
